Me, and my system administrator have been dealing with this issue for a
couple of days. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I cleaned up the deployed files and logged in as the globus user and
deployed:

Then I attempt to start the container and it throws a long exception and
concludes:

Failed to start container: Failed to initialize
'ReliableFileTransferService' service [Caused by: Error getting database
config file]

I am going to keep digging -- Any ideas?
