Yes, such a configuration is allowed. I assume you have restarted
the container?
Please send the client command, the FS map, and the container log
that corresponds to the job submission.
Thanks,
Charles

Dear all,
I would like to allow our GRAM service (gtk 4.0.5) use a remote
GridFTP server rather than a local one for staging file.
According to the documentation, I modified the configuration file
($GLOBUS_LOCATION/etc/gram-service/globus_gram_fs_map_config.xml)
so to let the GRAM aware of remote GridFTP server.
That should do it. Did you change the entries for all of the
schedulers? Each scheduler (Fork, PBS, Condor ...) has its own
entry in that file. If you changed it for Multi, say, but not
Fork, you would see the behavior you describe below.
the entries for all the schedulers are configured to use the same
GridFTP server but the problem persists.
Can you please confirm whether such kind of configuration is
allowed or not ?

Giuseppe
