Hi, I'm building GT 4.0.6 from source on a system where several previous releases have been built, but I get errors
/usr/bin/build-classpath: error: Could not find xml-commons-apis Java extension for this JVM /usr/bin/build-classpath: error: Some specified jars were not found then many many related errors, ending with [javac] /work1/build/gt4.0.6-all-source-installer/source-trees/ws-replica/replicator/service/java/source/src/org/globus/replica/replicator/impl/CatalogQueryWork.java:24: package org.globus.replica.rls does not exist Poking around on the Web, I found similar problems reported for other projects. It seems they have to do with the order in which directories are searched for Java archives. What is the recommended course of action?
