The default globus container log file is /usr/local/globus-4.2.0/var/container.log. You can, however, redirect the log to any file you want when you start the container. According to the bash error, it seems that the path to your globus-stop-container is not right. It should be "usr/local/globus-4.2.0/bin/globus-stop-container" and not "/usr/local/globus-4.2.0/bin/usr/local/globus-4.2.0/bin/globus-stop-container". As a temporary way to stop the container try to kill the process that started the container. With best regards. Belaid Moa.
