No, the value of $GLOBUS_LOCATION you've written below is incorrect,
and if that's true, the above command will not work.

Read the container-log4j.properties file.

All you have to do is look at the above path to see that's something's
very wrong.

Once you get your paths straightened out, you will still have trouble
stopping an insecure container.  This installation guide will give you
some hints about that particular issue:

That command is syntactically incorrect.  Just copy it into your shell.
