I've seen this before. It is a CSS thing having to do with the style sheet dealing with printing. I have to go back in and look and see if I can remember how I fixed it. It isn't a hard fix but it does deal with mucking about in the internals of mGTD to tear out the default printing css and put in the code I like to use. Generally breaks during an upgrade so not the best solution for the average user.
