Perhaps the techniques described here are useful for you in setting this up. http://tiddlywiki.org/wiki/MonkeyGTD/Customization_Guide/Priority But instead of 'Priority' you could call it 'When' and use your Today/Tomorrow/etc as your values. Beware though, spending time organising your stuff in this way is not very GTD-ish.
