XDG_DATA_HOME is basically the user-specific version of /usr/share/. You don't mount your stuff in /usr/share. Its not only weird, its a pretty bad idea. Eventually such a pathname will show up in the ui (say in the file selector) and the user will navigate to ~/.local/share which is supposed to be a hidden directory for application data. (It contains things like user-specific mime-application mappings and mime additions.) =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Alexander Larsson Red Hat, Inc [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] He's an impetuous guitar-strumming matador possessed of the uncanny powers of an insect.
