Hi, first: GTKG really is a very nice piece of software ;-) However, there is one thing I find quite annoying: Is it really necessary to make GTKG beep every once in a while whenever an "old version" is detected ?
Personally I don't like being forced to update a stable version just to get rid of the beep (I needed half a day to figure out its source since GTKG runs on a remote machine)... I would think that the message in the status line actually *does* suffice... kind regards Martin -- "Things are only impossible until they're not" ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the new InstallShield X. >From Windows to Linux, servers to mobile, InstallShield X is the one installation-authoring solution that does it all.
