I have identified the possibility of there being a critical bug in 0.95.4.

The symptom is that my 0.96u ultra servent closes the connection to 0.95.x
fellow ultrapeers because it claims they sent an incomplete QRP patch.

I've raised the priority of that bug (1277148) on sourceforge to 9, and
will be working on that exclusively from now on. If it turns out that
the bug is really in 0.95.4 and not in the 0.96u branch, I will have no
choice but to release current CVS early as 0.96.

This means TTH support and client-side browse host support will be
postponed to 0.97.

The 0.95 series will expire on 2005-11-27 anyway, and as I doubt I can
complete those two features on time, we'll have to release something
before 2005-11-27 anyway. In a few days, the clock icon of all 0.95.x
servents will light up, signaling there is less than 30 days until that
version expires.

There are many useful features in current CVS anyway to warrant a new
release, even though lack of manpower prevents us from releasing the
features we thought we would do for 0.96.

Sorry about that.
Raphael
