It's clear that the Gnutella Web Cache system is collapsing.

The UDP cache system is far better, but is unfortunately useless to
people which are UDP-firewalled (a majority of people).

Therefore, as a last resort, when we detect for instance that out of 4 UHC
pings, no pong was received, we should switch to querying GWC, and if that
fail, turn to a GTKG-specific server.

That server could run on the vserver the GTKG community bought.  It would
not be a GWC, but would still use TCP, to allow firewalled people to use
it for bootstrapping.

A call for idea is launched: how can we make sure this GTKG-specific
server is not used by other servents, and how can we devise a much more
bandwidth-efficient protocol than HTTP for getting bootstrapping hosts?

Finally, volunteers are called for to adapt GhostWhiteCrab once the
specification are done.
