That's not possible. A file partially shared can ONLY be requested by SHA1 because there is no "sharing index" to get it by name. The filename of those partially shared files are furthermore not matched against queries. The only way to request a partial file is via the SHA1 because the information that you're sharing this file comes from the advertised download mesh entries you're generating.
