You always GLib and Gtk+. It seems your version of GLib 2.x is too
old for the version of Gtk+ 2.x you have installed. That's weird
but that's the downside of using binary packages. Make sure you
have glib2-*-2.8.15-* (or whatever RedHat calls it) installed.
