I'm back. The Check works, and Configure says that I have it, but it does not enable it when it compiles. Is that still the plan?
Secondly, Where fast_assertions were enabled by default before, they are now disabled by default. Is that a change or did something else happen in Configure? They worked fine for me in the last 2 releases that I tested. Thirdly, The compile failed tonight. Here's the error message, this is a new one to me.
