I have to disagree because the specific failure cases are completely
different. I haven't checked what's wrong with the other ones.

I don't think that one is new. Also we have to prepared for receiving
crap anyway. Actually 5.2.x is supposed to be the evil variant of
BearShare which has been hacked up and messed up by its new owner
iMesh inc. LimeWire bans them completely for example.

The difference in depths only shows up for files with a minimum size of 256 MiB.
Maybe BearShare used the same fixed depth of 9 like RAZA or different 
thresholds.
