I caught one of these and dumped the data. The problem in my case was that
BearShare appended a leading double-quote (") to DIME record ID, maybe by
recycling some of the XML chunk where this ID is announced. So this seems
to be an off-by-one bug in BearShare. We could add a workaround for that.
