Manually - The stupid Qwest service "upgraded" me to Windows Live Hotmail, and

It's that "for now" that worries me.  These people just seem to hop from IP 
range to IP range.  And I don't really see a good solution for it - as long as 
there are ISPs who will sell connections "no questions asked", this problem 
will continue...
