GtkBuilder is a replacement for libglade, integrated into Gtk+ 2.12 and above. This patch adds support for loading GtkBuilder descriptions of existing widgets. The C API reference is available at <http://library.gnome.org/devel/gtk/unstable/GtkBuilder.html>.
I didn't bind the API for signal auto-connection, because (as mentioned in the libglade bindings) it's not useful for Haskell. I also didn't bind the procedures for implementing custom widget parsing, because it seems that Gtk2Hs doesn't support custom GObject types yet.
