thank you Axel, yes it workes, i have found a binary here:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/gtkglext/files/gtkglext/1.0.6/gtkglext-win32-1.0.6.exe/download
and after setting the environment variable, it is installed, and can run the 
demo program
