Absolutely worth it, IMHO when maintaining a package, "fixing a build"
should trigger an immediate release. This is even so when the only
change is external, like a new build tool or new release of another
library. Whether the actual fix is 2 characters or 2k of code is
completely irrelevant -- there's even a whole number in the PVP
reserved for trivial changes that don't break the API but warrant a
release :)
