system: Fix 'guix system init' on the Hurd.
This follows up to c62a39174e2cdc5d4efaa9c4940ea010d6dba184
("system: hurd-boot: Prepare for runsystem in Guile.").
* guix/scripts/system.scm (install-os-drv): Remove hurd argument.
* gnu/system/images/hurd.scm: Remove (gnu packages hurd) import.
