gnu: xf86-video-amdgpu: Support hot plugging of outputs.
Without the `eudev' dependency, the driver does not support
hot plugging of outputs, which is annoying
when combined with docking stations.
* gnu/packages/xorg.scm (xf86-video-amdgpu)[inputs]: Add eudev.
