Since some banks are working to take up Taler, switching a toy exchange
to use real Euro with the bank as validator should be legal.

It will depend on support by the banks, but until they are ready, a toy
currency (default: kudos) proves that it works and can already be useful
for games, recommendations, and similar.

I also worked and completed nlnet grants and can attest that they have
very reasonable requirements. Will also gladly review an application.

(due to family reasons I cannot currently do grants myself)
