Hi Igor, you make a good point. I didn't include Erlang as I don't feel 
as confident reviewing work of others for that compared to Elixir that I 
had some experience with, but with you and Pierre on board I think we 
could manage it. Following your suggestion I renamed the team to BEAM 
team and increased its scope to cover:

- Elixir packages and compiler
- Erlang packages and compiler
- mix-build-system
- rebar-build-system
- Hex.pm importer
Could you please share your Codeberg username so that I can add you to 
teams.scm? Thank you!
