If a Free implementation of such a mechanism is created, it could

integrated into Guix. But it would be more complex than a single
patch, and (to my knowledge) no such implementation currently
exists.
(I certainly have opinions on this, but am keeping things as

as possible. I do not endorse complying or not complying, or any
approach to either.)
