On Codeberg the most recent edit is 878d03975c9e2f256c650f3c0d86736a5ccd31d1. I disapprove. I don't feel the need to rehash the unanswered questions and concerns, but our GCD process has proven unable to achieve consensus. Proposals starting at a point of general agreement have passed with minor changes, but for both 003 and 007 the authors were unwilling to modify or trim the proposal in the direction of consensus. How can we provide more feedback to authors earlier in the process both pre-submission and pre-deliberation? Greg
