I'm sorry... I fail to see how a song about how the US is built on war and
violence (and which still continues adding to that bloody history) is relevant
to my quoted statements, particularly the one regarding an alternate definition
of "democracy"? And what in those quotes prompted you to apologize for
informing me about those realities? Is it because I've indicated I'm American,
and US public education is generally viewed as quite awful? I ask out of
genuine curiosity and a desire to understand the meanings and subtexts of your
reply.
