'DAAIZ Committee' - will be conducting the eighth workshop on konkani poetry on Friday the 9th Sep 2005 at 5:30pm to 7:00pm at Carmel School Kaithan, Kuwait. Fr.Melvyn D'Cunha, Archie Menezes, Pascal Pinto, Dainy Coutinha and Elias Sanctis will be the chief guests. The agenda of the workshop is as follows; Part - 1: KAVITHAPAAT -Study article on poet Late C.F.D'Costa's poetry 'Daryak Uzo Petlaa' will be presented during this Kavithapaatt by Valley Quadras and Melvyn Vas Kelarai. Part - 2: Releasing of the 5 Konkani books, first time in the history of Kuwait, that five books are getting published at one time, 4 of them are published by Ashawadi Publications.
