I am a visitor to Goa; by way of spending my holidays in Goa during my children's school vacation. For the past three months, I am more in Goa than in Mumbai (my base), cause i have a house in Baga close to Tito's; and 'yes' i have been reading wendell's columns
But, besides the cleaning and faclift that Goa needs, i think, more important is the encroachment problem that Goa faces, which goes un-noticed. You've only got to see how much of the beach area and the no-man's land that Tito's have usurped and expanding his business... that's the level of corruption, i guess, that exists amongst the politicians and authorities...to turn a blind eye to this.
