At least Tito's is a owned by a Goan (if I'm not mistaken), For a change, Lets talk about folks coming in from other states and putting-up illegal dwellings and leave the Goan entrepreneurs alone......Also, lets not side track, The "Clean up Goa" initiative is an excellent idea, especially when Goa depends so heavily on tourism .
