Gracias Hugo por la respuesta, hice lo que me dijiste pero sigue igual,
según veo el chequea una clave que no tengo incluida, la 16BA136C, pero
bueno aunque no tenga la clave debería bajar los paquetes porque eso me
ocurria con otros repos pero trabajaba, lo otro es que apunto el
debmirror a un repo en internet y funciona sin problemas, lo que pasa es
que como tengo cuota, ponerme a actualizar un repo desde internet sería
gastar mi navegación solo en eso. Acá en TinoCFG tambien hay una replica
del mirror de GUTL pero me da el mismo error.
