El problema es q la máquina virtual no tiene suficiente memoria para funcionar. En la carpeta donde esté instalado el eclipse abre el fichero llamado eclipse.ini y
añádele al final la siguiente línea: -XX:MaxPermSize=256m Con eso debe ser suficiente.
