Hi, If the highest WMS version supported by gvSIG mini is 1.1.1 then why to do GetCapabilities without giving a version number? Because of INSPIRE we will be having more and more 1.3.0 servers but many of those may still support lower versions too. For example this server under discussion http://66.228.57.208:8080/geoserver/geoserverdb/wms?service=wms&request=getcapabilities&version=1.1.1
