It depends upon how you have your BookShare books set up. If you are using
DAISY file format, you should be able to de3press #7 which should tell you
the current page and ask you to put in the page you want to read. It may
take several seconds to get to the given place and may even beep depending
on how far you must move. You can also use #8 to determine a percentage in a
text or XML file which doesn't have any page navigation and approach moving
through the book via percentage. You can also play with the heading setting
in a DAISY format to move by heading if the book is marked that way.
Hope that helps.

Subject: [GW-Booksense] Lock-Up on Page Navigation
I am having mixed feelings about my Book Sense. I only got it last week,
so
am fairly new at this. I have loaded in my NLS Books, Book Share Books,
Music, and can open and play all just fine. My trouble comes when I try
to
navigate to a particular page.
I have been trying to navigate a Book Share book by page. Each time I
attempt this the Book Sense locks up. Is there some way to navigate to a
page, partially through the book without the whole system locking up?
