Actually, for me, I kind of use both the Victor Reader Stream and the Book Sense. I use the stream for most audio books since I have found that I have lost my place in the Booksense. I use my Booksense for music and recordings, and the radio. I bought my Booksense mainly for the radio since the stream doesn't have one. Cecily

The issues you are having are indeed frustrating and I apologize for all the trouble you have gone through, however I don't understand why you are having them in the first place. The common things here seems, as you pointed out, that none of your places are saved in any of the modes of the BookSense.
