Have you tried resetting it by the various methods? i.e. pulling the
battery, waiting for about twenty seconds and replacing it? Or using
the end of a paper clip or a tooth pick to depress the small button
located in the hole about 1.5 inches below the "lock" button? or
doing that same reset while holding down the #4 key, and then keep
holding that down for about twenty seconds after that? If that
doesn't work, you should call GW Micro. However, one of those may
fix your problem.
