Hello all. Just for the record, John spoke with me about his suggestion over the phone before he posted the message with the suggestion. We take all suggestions seriously regardless of our personal feelings. We have a process to consider everything and we try to take into account everyone's needs. Unfortunately we can never meet all of them, but we do our best to improve all of the products we sell.

Many thanks.

Is it my imagination or is this discussion turning a bit nasty?
Hopefully, we can discuss the merits of different suggestions without
making people feel bad for making a suggestion or offering their opinion
on a suggestion.

Yes wwel some people can't deal with change along with a view
    towards making
    products perform better either!

Seeing these suggestions for change makes me think you almost might like
designing another device from scratch. In time, I am sure there will be
other devices out there for us, but I don't think I would like to
    see any
major changes with the Book Sense. I am watching the Kindall story
    carefully
these days to see if that ultimately will be of any use to us, but
    when I
think of all the Book Sense is capable of in one tiny unit, I don't see
myself changing any time soon. I read constantly with mine and am quite
    happy, overall, with its performance.
