Hello. You will want to review kb1114 for details. However what is happening is that you are pressing play on the folder which contains yet another subfolder. So just press the right arrow on the folder named the book catalog number and then you will find it. What is happening is that RFB&D stores each book in a folder with the name of the folder called the Book shelf and then inside that folder are subfolders called cd01, cd02, ETC. These are what actually contains your book. My suggestion is for you to rename cd01, cd02, etc to the actual title of your book and copy that folder alone to the RFB&D folder of the BookSense and then things will work much better.

The reason the default does not use time in RFB&D books is because only books located in NLS default to movement by time.

Many thanks.

Hi everyone,
Got my UAK for RFB&D, installed it successfully, and copied a book onto
the Booksense. But when I press right arrow to hear the title of the
book, the TTS just speaks the numbers associated with the book. When I
press play, it says not allowed. What should I do next?
