Hello. I downgraded to both 1.0 and 1.1 and NLS books played
flawlessly. However, when I went back to 2.0 the strange behavior
persisted. Sandy asked if I paused the BookSense before exiting the
book and the answer is know. I just pressed the star key. Thanks for
all of your help. I guess my only alternative is to send my unit back
to GW.
