Actually, I think music sounds just fine with the BookSense and a good pair of headphones. I use it all the time when exercising. I wish it sounded a little better on the speaker, but there isn't much you can do with a small speaker like that. I really like the speaker for music when I'm out walking in the neighborhood because I can listen to it as I walk, but still hear traffic.
