Hi. I personally like the XT for the 4 GB of space and the Bluetooth. However Bluetooth stereo is not as clear as a wired connection. When listening to music, sure it's in stereo, but I also hear static many times. I can confirm this when listening to music from other Bluetooth devices, so am confident it's not specific to the BookSense. That being said, when I am walking around at home doing chores or the like, I can leave the BookSense on the table or in my pocket and listen to my audio books via the Bluetooth headset and the fact of no wires is a great thing.
My son, who received a BookSense for Christmas is very happy with the standard model. He's got his own way of organizing his media into various SD cards so the 4gb didn't attract him at all. He's also not into Bluetooth because his Jazz music doesn't sound the way he likes on it. Lastly, he would rather listen to his trusty radio which he's had for years. So the standard fit his needs perfectly. Hope this helps.
