Can you be more specific? Are you talking about moving forward and back between heading level indications? If so, then yes, this is in the Booksense, depending how the book/publication is marked up. Use the up/down arrows to cycle between the different navigation levels. If the item has been marked up properly you should at least find heading level 1 markers, and in many cases may even find levels 2, 3, and 4 markers to use to go between.
