Hi all. I had started having problems with my sense last week. It started when I went to delete an mp3 file, the sense made this clanging noise and locked up. All the usual tricks of taking the batery outand putting it back in, and resetting it didn't work. I left it alone for awhile and when I came back to it about five hours later it just started working. The next day it locked up again, and again nothing worked until I left it alone over night. When I went back to it in the morning it worked when I held down the number four and turned it on. Now yesterday after running fine all week, I went to upgrade and my friend reset it with the reset button on the side of the unit, after it wouldn't accept the upgrade. It locked up completely once the reset was hit, and nothing will get it going again. Any suggestions? Gw micro'c tech support department had us try various things all to no result.Anyone have a similar experience. My friend thinks its a problem with the flash memory and I'll probably need a new unit. I hope not, has anyone had experiences getting their units fixed? How long does it take, and is all your information lost off of the unit? Thanks I am quite frustrated. Kerry
