Hi: This is a response to the thread about the battery issue posted recently. If the unit can't turn on - even after the battery has been through a recharge attempt , and even if the book sense says the battery charge is complete when you plug it into the wall - more then likely the battery is bad. I had this very same issue , and I buzzed a VOM across the terminals of the battery and got no voltage, the battery should be at about 7.4 volts when fully charged. Also if one has some vision you'll notice that the LED turns orange , not red or green under normal circumstances.
If the battery that you have is under 6 months old, they may be able to help you out, otherwise you'll have to purchase a new pack.
