How will we get upgrades in the future? Will we have U.S. based tech support or will we be dealing with folks in Korea where HIMS is based? I am confident GW Micro will provide us Sense users with a transition plan. I will miss the familiarity with GW Micro. But, then again, as a Window-Eyes user, if this allows GW to pour more energy into that and their other products, it could be a good thing.
