Question: Was GWMicro or HIMS responsible for writing the firmware for
the device? I always thought it was GWM, but I am open to correction.
Just so it's clear, GW Micro has never been responsible for any HIMS
firmware for any of their products. We provided our expertise in
adaptive technology with helpful direction, suggestions, localization,
and assisting in testing both software and hardware. But final product
decisions have always been made by HIMS.
