Just had to get the subject line changed. I saw a demo of the fourth generation iPhone. When comparing costs it is a very nice device. Will it replace a keyboard for working on large documents and email messages, of course not. However for checking email on the go, having OCR, bar code reading, logo recognition, voice recognition, GPS where am I functions, colour identification, text to speech, and a plethora of productivity tools, I am hard pressed to find a better solution for the cost. These products are free or less than $30.00 per app. It is possible to pare up a Bluetooth Braille display and keyboard as well. The learning curve will vary from person to person, but the people I know who have switched will not go back. Their iPhone is like having an eSwiss Army Knife.
