Is this problemn due to video hokey conflicts with Window-Eyes? I
ask the question as I am not having these problems. In fact: the
Window-Eyes hot keys for adjusting voice parameters are great - I
love the enhanced read outs of the status of each voice.

when i tab to the start menu and try to change the voice rate,pitch
tone etc. with the control alt arrow keys the up and down arrows
will not work. the left and right arrow keys do voice.
there is no anouncement of changes either until i open the start
menu then close it. then i can make changes. if i tab away and back
to the start menu the same thing happens until i open the start menu again.
it does this with neo speech, dectalk express, eliquence 6 and decaccess32.
