The only way I've found to fix that is to open a new tab and bring up a
second web page.

Subject: annoying firefox bug
I am experiencing a very annoying problem with Firefox that has existed
since 2.0. Sometimes, when I load a webpage, Window-eyes keeps saying
"downloading page" even when the page has finished loading in Firefox. This
also sometimes happens when I bring focus back to Firefox. It will start
saying "downloading page" when I try arrowing around, even though it
successfully loaded the first time. I am using Window-eyes 7.0 beta1 and
Firefox 3.0 at the moment.
