Might I suggest that this if a scripting issue is probably a global script.  I 
would suggest keeping gw toolkit running and nothing more for a day and then 
add them back very very slowly until you see the pattern.

  hello everyone, michael, has a good point, what we need to do is turn off 
scripting and see if we loose speech. leave scripting off for a day or 2 and 
see if speech stays running. then we should try it with scripts on manual for a 
day or 2 and see what happens.
